The power band is a great piece of equipment to have because it’s portable and adds an extra intensity to your bodyweight workouts. A lot of you guys have been asking me how to stop the band from sliding and rolling up your thighs. My experience - the heavier and thicker the band the better it sticks. Also you’ll get a lot more out of your workout if you really challenge yourself adding more resistance. Have fun!
